V-Pulleys
ESCON V-Pulleys offers more mileage from V-Belt Drives being manufacture out of graded casting. Conventional and quick-fit taper lock engineered to customers specs. Dynamic Balancing is also provided for pulleys to run high r.p.m. Range comprises of various pulley dia size, grooves and V Belt section with standard bush sizes having pilot bore and / or bore and keyway to require dimension.
Timing Pulleys
Timing pulleys, constructed from high quality material, are finished with particular care and to fight dimensional tolerances. The special profile of the teeth is generated using imported hobs, which ensures a very precise tooth profile and minimal pitch-to-pitch error. Pulleys can be manufactured with or without taper locks as per customer drawings.
