The strong woven carcass of a PVC/PVG bucket elevator belt serves as its core, which is coated by PVC paste resin & then allowed to plastify at extreme temperatures. It is a sturdy woven elevator belt that is anti-static and fireproof. The solid woven style of PVC belt carcass is interwoven with polyester and cotton. In contrast to a rubber elevator belt, it is consistently stressed to provide an efficient elevating capacity. Under typical operating conditions, no delamination takes place. Being flexible makes it easier to run along the elevator pulley, maintain a solid running trail, and avoid getting off course. After dipping in PVC paste resin, tight-woven carcasses have a superior ability to elevate while exhibiting more tear resistance. They can also stop bolts from pulling through easily, ensuring a dependable and secure bucket attachment to the belt. These belts are excellent in terms of their ability to withstand wear, corrosion, and chemical solvents and oils resistance. These belts are anti-static and fire-resistant, making them safer and more efficient to use in grain handling applications.
